Reporting for Training

Report to the National Cadet Training Center not earlier than 1300 and not later than (NLT) 1600 on Receiving Days. Summer 2014 dates and course will be announced shortly.

Uniforms
U.S. Army Cadet Corps and U.S. Army personnel are to travel and report in wearing the USAC Polo Shirt and khaki slacks, and upon arrival, change into the Army Cadet Combat Uniform (ACUs). Please refrain from traveling in the ACU uniform.

Recruits in the Military Adventure Camp program are to wear the USAC Polo Shirt and khaki slacks, with belt. If they do not have a USAC polo, a plain black polo will be suitable until a replacement can be purchased.

Meals
Be sure to have eaten lunch prior to your arrival. Lunch will not be available in the Dining Facility (DFAC) for reporting personnel. Supper will be served to all assigned personnel.

Processing
Personnel arriving should plan on not less than three hours for processing, due to the large influx of trainees. All others should plan on not less than two hours.

Ceremony and Family Night

Join us for our daily Retreat Ceremony, which is the formal lowering of our nation's colors at the end of the Duty Day.

Forest Hill Station will be open from 1800-2200 (6 pm to 10 pm) on the Friday evening before graduation days for Family Night. Both ACES (the Army Cadet Exchange Service) and the DFAC (Dining Facility) will be open to the public.

Feel free to wear casual attire on Friday night. Do not bring food or weapons on-post.

Please note that there is no on-post parking available. Handicapped visitors may be dropped off, with the car parked on the street.

Due to a tight training schedule, Forest Hill Station will not be open the Friday evening prior to any other Graduation Parades.
